Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by UNILI Ltd. ("UNILI," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services — whether via WhatsApp, our website, or in person — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services (but we're happy to clarify anything).

Our Services

UNILI provides tech support, design, advertising, web development, and related campus services. We aim to be fast, clear, and reliable. However, technology is complex — we don't guarantee that every problem has a perfect solution, but we promise to do our best and be honest about what's possible.

Pricing & Payment

• Transparent quotes: We provide a fixed price or estimate before starting any paid work. No hidden fees.
• Payment terms: For small fixes, payment is due upon completion. For larger projects, we may request a deposit (typically 50%) before starting, with the balance due upon delivery.
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, or mobile money. We'll provide details on your invoice.
• Student discount: Valid student ID required for discount eligibility.

Your Responsibilities

To help us serve you best, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the issue or project.
• Back up your data before handing over devices (we're careful, but accidents happen).
• Respond to our questions in a timely manner (delays on your end may delay the work).
• Use our services lawfully and respectfully.

Warranty & Liability

Service warranty: We offer a 30‑day warranty on parts and labor for hardware repairs. Software fixes are warranted for 14 days (if the same issue recurs, we'll re‑fix at no charge).

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, UNILI Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost data, lost profits, or device damage beyond our control). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Data loss: We strongly recommend you back up your data. We are not responsible for lost files unless caused by our gross negligence.

Intellectual Property

Any original work we create for you (logos, designs, code) becomes yours upon full payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio (with your permission) unless you request otherwise. You guarantee that any materials you provide to us (images, text) do not infringe on third‑party rights.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation by you: If you cancel before we've started substantial work, any deposit will be refunded minus a small processing fee (₦2,000) to cover administrative time. Once work has begun, deposits are non‑refundable, but we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
• Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any project for any reason. If we cancel after receiving payment, we'll refund the full amount.
• Refunds for completed work: Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds for completed work. If you're unsatisfied, please let us know — we'll make it right.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Third‑Party Services

We may recommend or use third‑party tools (e.g., hosting providers, software). We are not responsible for the actions or policies of those third parties. Use them at your own discretion.

Communication

Our primary communication channel is WhatsApp. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service‑related messages. We'll never spam you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably first; if necessary, in the courts of Rivers State (or your local jurisdiction if you're outside Rivers).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the effective date noted below. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
